2001
The creation of QPR1st is mooted in a pub with around 30 concerned supporters and an interim committee is put together for the formation of a Supporters Trust in partnership and with guidance from Supporters Direct.
A wider discussion followed where around 1,000 supporters turned out in force at Hammersmith Town Hall to support the notion of a Supporters Trust.
2002
QPR1st becomes a legalised Supporters Trust under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 after the Trust’s Constitution was ratified by its members and was the culmination of nearly a year’s worth of planning by the interim committee.
2003
QPR1st signs up as an affiliated organisation with the Football Supporters Federation.
