QPR1st is pleased to announce that Andy Slaughter MP has responded to The Trust’s letter and has agreed to attend the Supporters Direct meeting to be held at the House of Parliament on 5th February.
The Trust is a member of Supporters Direct and the purpose of this meeting is to obtain support from across the political spectrum for the implementation of the recommendations made by the Select Committee into football governance.
We are pleased to report that Mr Slaughter will also be writing to John Whittingdale, Chairman of the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee regarding the issues The Trust have raised.
